Robotics and Object Tracking

We have developed software which tracks objects in a live video. AI&C plans to make a surveillance system which will successfully integrate Target Tracking System with Robotics resulting in systems that can be used for border security. Input from cameras will be tracked with Target Tracking Software and proper calibration with GPS will enable a security guard at the border to pin point the location of the locked target from a remote control station.

About the Video:
The video demonstrates how the Object Tracking application traces the path of the object of interest. The video shows a scenario where the object moving on the ground is tracked using the video feed coming from a camera that is mounted on a moving aerial vehicle. The red cursor tracks the target locked by the user at the remote control station. The speed and the direction of the object with respect to the camera co-ordinates is calculated to get the location of the target. The application traces the path taken by the object.
